1.2. By placing an order with Ignite Fireworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
1.3. These Terms apply to all purchases made within the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

2.1. All customers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase fireworks. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2.2. We reserve the right to request proof of age prior to delivery or dispatch.

3. Orders

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ignite Fireworks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected age restriction breaches, product availability, or safety concerns.
3.2. Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
3.3. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
4.2. We accept credit/debit cards.
4.3. Orders will not be processed or delivered until payment has been received and cleared.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1. Ignite Fireworks offers delivery for orders exceeding £200 within a 10-mile radius of our base in London.
5.2. All deliveries are made by Ignite Fireworks personnel during scheduled time slots agreed with the customer.
5.3. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to safety, weather, or logistical considerations.
5.4. You must provide a valid delivery address and ensure someone aged 18 or over is present to receive the order.
5.5. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed or if access to the delivery address is unsafe.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

6.1. Due to the nature of fireworks, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been dispatched or delivered.
6.2. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately at 0208 863 8000. We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for the damaged items only.

7. Safety and Compliance

7.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the storage, handling, and use of fireworks, including the Fireworks Regulations 2004.
7.2. Ignite Fireworks shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
7.3. Fireworks must never be used by anyone under the age of 18.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Fireworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8.2. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a contract shall not exceed the purchase price of the products purchased.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Ignite Fireworks – Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. Delivery services are provided only for orders over £200 within a 10-mile radius of our London location. Fee to be determined based on location and order amount.
1.2. Delivery is conducted by Ignite Fireworks personnel only; third-party courier services are not used.

2. Delivery Scheduling

2.1. Delivery dates and times are provided as estimates and may be adjusted for safety or operational reasons.
2.2. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to the scheduled delivery.

3. Age Verification

3.1. Fireworks are restricted to persons aged 18 and over.
3.2. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery. Failure to provide ID will result in refusal of delivery and forfeiture of the order.

4. Delivery Restrictions

4.1. Deliveries cannot be made to unsafe or unsuitable locations, including schools, public parks, or inaccessible areas.
4.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is safe and accessible.

5. Damaged Goods

5.1. Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the point of delivery.
5.2. Ignite Fireworks may, at its discretion, provide a replacement for damaged items but is not obliged to offer refunds for non-delivered or misused items.

6. Safety Disclaimer

6.1. Customers must follow all instructions provided for the safe handling and use of fireworks.
6.2. Ignite Fireworks accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by improper use or storage of fireworks.
